One of the most noteworthy elements of Music in Motion is the value that is placed on each participant. The Staff members welcome Novices and Seasoned actors alike and communicate that Excellence is possible for everone! They build a mindset in the actors that age and popularity do not give you an advantage, but that all the actors contribute and each role is equally important. An environment of encouragement and acceptance and a belief that “You can do it!” is breathed into the actors, enabling people to take a risk, to stand up and speak, or sing in front of peers. I can’t think of another venue that has accomplished this. Everyone who participates gains greatly! MIMPA has enriched our lives and is a valuable member of our community!”
